WHAT IS THE SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) or DHL depending on your delivery location. Order processing takes up to 1-2 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Upon shipment you will receive a email confirmation with your tracking number.
- 3-6 business day standard shipping: $7.95
- 2-3 business day standard shipping: $14.95
International orders delivery time and cost will depend on location and weight of your package. Any custom fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We also must state the value of your order on your package for custom border control requirements.
Please make sure to carefully check your shipping address before completing your order. If a shipment is undeliverable or returned, we will offer a refund minus the shipping charges or we can re-ship to you and there will be an additional shipping fee. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or missing packages once your package has been shipped. Please contact USPS for these situations. A signature may required upon delivery of some orders. WHAT IS THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Returns are accepted within 21 days from the date of delivery. Items must not be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging with all original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. Please note all SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, AND BODYSUITS ARE A FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
For accepted returns we offer store credit or exchange only. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will only cover the shipping costs if you received the wrong item or it is defective.

WHAT IS THE STORE CREDIT PROCESS?
Once your return is received, inspected and approved we will process your store credit within 3-5 days and will send a email notification.
