Shipping & Returns
We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) or DHL depending on your delivery location. Order processing takes up to 1-2 business days and will be shipped in 3-5 business days. International orders will be shipped in 5-12 business days. We will provide tracking number.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or missing packages once your package has been shipped. Please contact USPS or DHL for these situations.
A signature is required upon delivery on orders.
Please note GREIGE, LLC ships based on weight.Any local sales tax or customer duty depending on your locations are at your own expense.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the day the order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

If you will be receiving a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are only refundable if there is an error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
If an item is out of stock by the time we process your order, GREIGE, LLC has the right to cancel your order and refund the full amount paid.
Exchanges are based on availability of stock. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
