We ship with UPS, United States Postal Service (USPS) or DHL depending on your delivery location. Order processing takes up to 1-3 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Please note order processing times may be longer during high volume times such as sales or holidays. Upon shipment you will receive a email confirmation with your tracking number.

Below is our shipping rates after your order has been processed:

• 3-5 business day standard shipping: $10
• 2-3 business day standard shipping: $20

International orders delivery time and cost will depend on location and weight of your package. Any custom fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.  We also must state the value of your order on your package for custom border control requirements.

Please make sure to carefully check your shipping address before completing your order. If a shipment is undeliverable or returned, we will offer a refund minus the shipping charges. We can re-ship to you but there will be an additional shipping fee. 

We are not responsible for delayed, lost or missing packages once your package has been shipped as they are completely out of our control. Please contact USPS/UPS for any missing packages and file a claim. A signature may required upon delivery of some orders.
